Each cake I design is completely bespoke, crafted with care to reflect your unique style and occasion. From delicate handcrafted sugar flowers to bold, artistic finishes, every detail is thoughtfully considered. My focus is always on combining flavour and design to create something truly special for you and your guests to enjoy.
My journey into cake design began with a deep love of food and creativity. After working as a chocolatier in London, I shifted my focus to cakes in 2003, opening my own studio to create designs that bring a personal touch to every celebration. With years of experience and a commitment to quality, I’m passionate about making each cake a perfect part of your story.
Baking has been a lifelong passion, shaped by my love for creativity and the joy of bringing ideas to life. My journey started with a fascination for the artistry of desserts, eventually leading me to train as a chocolatier. While I loved working with chocolate, I found my true calling in designing cakes that combine flavour, beauty, and meaning.
Now working from my dedicated studio in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire I feel privileged to craft cakes that become part of my clients’ most cherished celebrations. Each cake is a reflection of their story, and being part of those moments is something I deeply treasure.
